Smash Burger Bowls: A 15-Minute Dinner for Busy Nights

When life gets busy, the last thing you want is to spend an hour in the kitchen. These Smash Burger Bowls are the perfect solution. They deliver all the flavors of a juicy smash burger—crispy potatoes, seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and tangy sauce—but in a cozy bowl that comes together in just 15 minutes.

This is one of my favorite quick and simple meal prep recipes. It works perfectly as a weeknight dinner when you’re in a hurry, or as an easy meal before heading out to the kids’ games. The combination of seasoned potatoes and beef topped with gooey cheese and homemade sauce makes it hearty, satisfying, and family-friendly.

Think of it as the best parts of a burger without the bun—fast enough for Tuesday night, fun enough for Friday game day.
